Smaller diameter alt pulley [Archive]

I'm looking for a smaller diameter pulley for my Ford alternator being used as a welder.

The current one I have is about 2.5" in diameter and 6 rib serpentine config.

Anyone have a suggestion on where to find a smaller diameter pulley?
