I've been partially using some stock Chevy fuel lines for the TBI conversion in my Cruiser.
After a little forced down time, I fired it up and found that the fittings into the back of the TBI unit are leaking fuel Enough to be a fire hazard... or to clean the manifold depending upon how you look at it
After pulling the fittigs off, I found the nylon "washers" were destroyed. No comment on what is left of the hard fuel line going in
Has anyone used other fittings with any sucess? Or is my best bet to replace the nylon "washers" and the hard fuel lines with stock fittings/lines?
Thanks in advance for any help/advice someone will surely provide
