I was talking about this in another post,
After i move all the stuff, spend too much time cutting them out, do i have to make a brace to help support the front end?
Can it just be some 1 inch angle iron run down the fender?
what about a triangle off the frame to hold it up?
)just bored at work thingking)

The only two I've seen with no inner fender wells has been Quinn's and mine. Quinn welded his grill to the fenders and made it tilt to the front. I welded my grill to the fenders and made it an unbolt two guys lift off. Make sure you show up at SOB this year and most of the greatest minds in the EB world will help you discuss it:D

This is Flatty. When and where is SOB? I wanna go too. I was considering chopping my inner fenders as well to get some more air flow though the engine bay. Marc, let me know if you are gonna do this. Maybe I can cruise on by and we can do both of them at the same time. I will supply the beer and the steel if you decide to do this.

All the info on SOB is at www.broncofix.com

It's held at Sand Lake Oregon in early September. The last two years there were over 200 EB's. It's a marvelous time, great family or g'friend weekend. Nothing really gnarly just looking at Bronco's meeting people and cruising the sand dunes. Lot's of door prizes and all the EB vendors will be there. Make sure to get there Thursday night, Max always gets a keg of beer and it's kind of guys night at the tree line.

ahh ok, good idea roger, welding the fenders to the grill, to make it once peice clip.
Dimitri i plan on doing this, I hit my inners pretty hard and have a good size dent in it.
When? i don't know, probally tomarrow i will start to move all the junk off the inner fenders, then start cutting and see what i am left with what to do, then again, i might sit around and drink beer all day with my dad :)

I NEED to make SOB, i tried to go last year but my friends borrowed trailer fell though, and that 10-12 hour drive flat towing would kill me

at bent and twisted we just finished a beatifull eb. We yanked the whole entire inner fenders and built a tube cage (out of 1") for the outer skins to hang on it came out reallynice. Soo easy to work on wihtout inner wells. MAybe mike will post a pic.
