This is a perma-cool Maxi-Cool dual circuit cooler. It has a built in electric fan to keep everything cool. You can use this as a combo cooler for two fluids. One is a 4 pass and the other is a 2 pass. Good example would be power steering for your hydro ram setup and transmission for your automatic fluid. Nice unit features flat tabs that can be screwed to a mounting bracket. This is brand new.
