Have a buddy who just found one, anyone know the answer to this?
I'm wondering if the tail housing from a Jeep D300 can be used on a Scout
D300? Looking to use the Jeep speedo setup, instead of the Scouts.

If you were down here, You'd sell the Scout 300 for $400 bucks and buy that Jeep 300 in the fore sale section for a hundred bucks!

Actually I think your right, although something was said about the Short Jeep Dana 300 stuff might be the same. I had one of those but gave it away :(

it might be easier to have a speedo shop make you a custom cable.

Yeah, from the limited replies I have gotten around the net, most info points to it not being doable.
If we find an early Jeep case we'll let you know what transpires.
