IT SUCKS! By looking at it the knuckle links are longer than a stock YJ but I am not sure that is what is doing it. Running stock steering box and a drop pitman arm. Any suggestions greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The Waggy arm is baically flat and that will put a ton of angle in the draglink and was trying to stay away from that.

Either go to a longer Pittman, or redrill the Waggy steering arms. You could convert to high steer, using steering arms that complement the YJ Pittman.
Don't know why you can't find a dropped Waggy arm.

Use any dropped pitman arm that has the correct length.

Would you redrill them in closer to the ball joint? Have the reamer that I used on the pitman arm, would these be the same taper? Thanks.

How much lift are you running? with my 3.5 inches of lift and the steering being over the knuckle on the D44 my angles aren't too bad running a Waggy pitman arm. I had to cut off the upper track bar mount though for clearance.

I am running Waggy springs front and rear SOA. So somewhere around 6-7", just went and looked and if I run the fflatter Waggy arm the draglink angle would be horrible. Anyone know where to get a dropped Waggy arm??? Will a Waggy arm fit on YJ steering box???

If you are SOA please go with a Hi steer setup.

if you are using the waggy drag link it is designed to be pretty much flat when stock. when a SOA is done to the front you need to go with a high steer setup you can use a normal waggy pitman arm. you'll have to do a little measuring but a stock YJ pitman arm should be fine to use. you just might have to adjust the adjustment links and stop bolts. are you using a N/T or W/T waggy front axle?

Using a N/T i presume(60 1/2" WMS to WMS) out of an 89 Grand Waggy. Have the stock arm still but it is the same distance center of hole to center of hole as the drop arm. When I turn the steering from lock to lock I am still 1/4" from the stops set to where they were in the Waggy.
