How tall are ya'll making your hydro bender stands ??

Mine is ready for legs, and I'm not sure what height would be good to make it (having never used one before like this)

Where did you pick up the hydraulic ram for your bender. Looks like something I need to build.

36''to 40'' works well that's what mine was .

it depends on how tall you are and what ht. is good for you to work the bender at. i prefer a workbench to be about 42 in. tall, for other equipment you just need to try it and see. but you can use your workbench ht. as a starting point. (if it is comfortable for you) usually having to bend over slightly to operate/work on something will make your back sore. set it up comfortable where using it won't beat you up.

Stand upright, let your arms hang down, now lift your hand up so your forearms are parallel with the ground. This is your optimal bench height (well, really it would be optimal "Working" level, ie, the work shoud be at that level and the bench oriented to achieve that height of work) when standing.

All those ergonomic training classes I took sometimes come in handy!
