what is the best axle to use when converting a new GM HD to a solid axle? I don't mean a dana 60 or 40, but is a Gm, ford, or dodge better? And what year?

Call me krazy but you might throw that question up on the chevy board.........been done a few hundred times. Did you try the search??????????
