im going to check out a 93 exploder in a few days its going to be my dd/light trail rig. but it has the 4.0, 5 speed, and manual t-case. new heads, clutch and a/c. ive been doing a little research on them and saw a few people saying you can fit 33"s on one with a leveling kit in front and add a leaf in rear. is that true? and does lifting the front 2" with longer coils mess up the camber? thanks for any help

ooh yea and i know its tuesday...

if it has the ttb then it will give it a positive camber, but it probably wont be much with a 2" lift. If you buy a kit then it will probably have drop brackets which will correct it.

f-150 coil seats and shackles/aaal in the rear and with some trimmin you can squeeze 33's in.

I'm running 31" tires on the wifes daily driver light duty trail rig. It has a add a leaf out back and 1.5" coils and a 1/2" spacer up front. I can't see running a 33" tire with this set up unless you want to get the saw out. I'm running 4.10 gears and tight limited slips front and rear. With the 5 speed manual I get 20-23 mpg.

i get 12 with 40s. what you bitchin about? you know if you got rid of those 4.10 gears and put some real gears in there... your truck may feel like its actually got power. :flipoff2::flipoff2::flipoff2:
