Sorry I dont know who it is. But i know where and when-ish- the picture was taken. Brown springs comp area in Farmington NM. Looks like the 03 supercrawl?

Its amazing how the sport has grown in such a short amount of time. We were watching old Supercrawl videos from like 2001-2002 and they were wearing lap belts and no helmets.
