So I have heard of tack welding your u joint caps on the axle shaft in your front axle, if you don't have aftermarket shafts and full clips. But if your running stock shafts with c clips holding the u joint caps on, what about using JB weld to give a little extra hold for the caps if the c clips pop out. I am asking this because I have seen a couple of guys tack their caps on and it not work so they retack and in the long run end up burning the grease inside and cracking the cap which ends up killing the u joint anyways. Sounds like it would work? :flipoff2:

Doubtful.

Grind that shoulder off the stock shafts and run full circle clips on the stock shafts.

I've also heard of people tacking just the c-clip in place on the yoke, too, although seems you'd need an exceptionally steady hand with some small-assed wire or electrode to be able to pull that one off.

Join a local jeep club and do a bunch of sucking up. You might find someone that can do a spot weld on your front caps.

Join a local school and learn how to read. I ask a question of what people though on the topic, not telling people that I don't have a welder or don't know how to weld and I am looking for an easy way out. And my sig has a 4x4 club posted right on it :shaking:
