Anyone know if they make a dry cut saw blade SPECIFIC for thinner materials. Maybe one with teeth spaced closer together. The saw is a 14" milwaukee dry cut and the blade has gone dull after less than 30 cuts. All we have cut is 2x2 and 2" round tube, all .120 wall. The blade on it is the one that came with the saw, the "ENDURANCE" or whatever its called. It seems that they would have blades for different thickness materials kind of like bandsaw blades. Anyone have a problem with the blade going dull extremely prematurely??

There is a right and wrong way to place the material to be cut, do you have the fence in the most forward position the material should be cut on the down stroke of the blade. If you have the fence to far back you would be cutting on the upstroke. I am using a Dewalt Multi-Cutter and the blade still performs like new.

Brad, did you see Kwrangln's thread on the Bullet Industries chopsaw blade?
For the cost you can buy several of the Bullet industries blades for the price of 1 milwaukee or dewalt blade. It has 66 teeth, dunno if that's more or less than the blade you are using.

Looks like they also have a 100 tooth blade, now.

I had good luck with the 7 1/4" circ saw blade, I'll probably get a blade for the chop saw, too, I just haven't used it since I got a bandsaw.
It has been on the forward most position since the first cut. Its not my saw, its a new saw that was bought for the rig we are working on currently. Bandsaw takes too long and doesnt cut straight(its old), square is key for faster assembly on this rig, its 1 of 2
got a lenox one with 80 teeth vs the 72 tooth one it came with and it works much better.
