Belly Dragger how dose that thing handel? It looks sweet. Is it a DD or do you trailer it.It handles much better than I would have figured. I have driven it to work on couple of occasions and I drove it to the rock pile. I'll drive it next weekend when we head up the twisty - winding moutain roads of Highway 4 to do the Blue Lakes trail. I do have a trailer for it, but it's much more fun to drive.
What kind of wax are you using? Hand application or orbital? That truck is SHINYIt's a special compound direct from the secet files of FATKID. I could tell you about the amazing properties and how by buffing enough all the dents come out but that would be giving away a trade secret. :p

Just to the right in this picture is the medium security prison at the end of Snyder Rd so maybe 5 minutes. It's close enough to go play on at lunchtime. Give a hollar when you come up and I'm sure we can find a few "tour guides". Is it worth it? I think so, it's a fun little area and you can kill 5 hours easy just putz-ing around. Then come back next weekend and spend another 5 on different obstacles. It's a good training area. No destination per se, just some scattered obstacles.

In this picture you can see a faint hint of tire marks going up to the top of this wall. They are to the left of the Jeep. And the line follows the deeper crack. They cross the little crack then the passenger tire climbs the little step. This is one of the "Wall of Death" lines that is up here. Bob Roggy went up this and got a little sideways and tumbled down this one. Mike Shaffer gave me a ride in the buggy up this. Damn it's steep and damn his rig is stable on that climb.
Rocksie 06-17-2002, 11:46 AM Hey BG what is that pussy stock white jeep doing in the background;) :p Looks good....*sniffle* sniffle* Someday.....*sigh*
Baddawg775 06-17-2002, 03:44 PM Jimmy,
It's about a 5-10 min drive from your brother's
old pizza place, 4 to 5 miles tops. It's all the way
across town from his house.
You can trailer right to prison hill and wheel
to your hearts content.
jeeplvr 06-17-2002, 06:35 PM I have been there myself.
:smokin:
Here's some pictures:

great, another fun wheelin place down the tubes..... Come awn Lance, you don't think many people are going to drive to Carson City to play at Prison Hill do you? Course if many do start showing up the cleanup days will be easier. ;)

BellyDragger.......the rig looks lower..has it settled some?? I've been playing with the coils quite a bit. I lowered it down about an inch but have since gone back up 1-1/2 in back and 1 inch in front then compressed the upper ring by 1-1/2" and the ride has gotten much more solid. I had to go back up as I was into the bottom of the rear shocks too easy. I now have almost 4" of shaft exposed in back. I am planning on cutting up the floor in the back some so I can bring the rear shocks up further and lower the Amigo again. It's amazing how changing the pre-load and ride height lockouts dramatically alters the ride. I will be doing some more test running this weekend and if things goes as I hope I may not opt for swaybars. :)
