I noticed that most TTC competitors use a lengthy hose to relocate the air intake. From my expiriences with cars you can not use that sort of hose because it will collapse from the engine vacuum. How did you and all the others get it to work?

Bein in the aviation parts biz, I can tell you that some of that hose has steel cord coiled through it, that would be one solution to such a problem, I am betting that the hose they are running is similiar, (its called SCAT tubing in the aviation biz)

The hose I used is just Exhaust hose, but it's 4", so there wasn't much pressure on it.
The truck backfired a few times, and the hose did a nice little dance each time. :D

How does it feel when a 44" bogger disappears before your rig is even halfway into the hole?
The second pic makes it look as though you are driving a tractor:laughing:
Cooool pics! Looks like cover to me! Who took them :flipoff2: :D
I think that piece of drift wood holding the trany together helps with the buoyancy:D ( This is the last time I'll bring it up, no really)
Check your email, friend.
