anyone happen to have any pics / proper way to weld up a Dana powerloc LSD...???? I know the general premise but with the powerloc it seems that you have to crack the diff (seperate) and weld the spiders that way.... Any allignment issues withthe reinstall of the axle shafts.... What do you guys do with the clutches ?

Yeah, no shit. You can buy a used open carrier on ebay for like $10. Buy one and weld that up. Power locs are getting far to rare.

Now, if it actually a track loc, not a power loc, weld the spiders to the side gears and be done with it. Do not weld the side gears to the case. That is a recipe for destruction.
