Most kits $66.50 TYD or less including new hardware. Yes we have the most extensive selection of brackets anywhere. Forget the guys who say they have a D-70 "kit" Sorry been there done that we know how many different D-70's are out there. We can and will work to get you a set of brackets that will work on your axle. Realize not all D-70 U's are the same as far as the stand off from the mount flange to where your caliper needs to mount. Dana 60 you ask? Yep we have those covered also. Most kits are bolt on. But for you who like to weld we have those in stock all the time. Thanks Shawn

Sorry for stealing the thread, but it wouldn't let me post a new thread of my own (assuming it's because I'm new). Anyway, I mainly joined because I was talking to a guy today that said he has two Dana 60's for sale. His truck was beat up (not in the off-roader type way, just... well, yeah.) I didn't have time to ask too many questions about them, and I don't know much anyway (new to wheeling).
But anyway, they're used, and he wants $100 a piece for them. I have no idea of the condition, but I found a Dana 60 info thread on this website that said the average cost is around 900-1200... Did I find a killer deal, a scam, or what? I'm not sure if I should just buy them, and sort out the condition and their origins later, or if I should just pass? Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Rear Dana 60 axles are a dime a dozen and in my book $100 is more towards the top of what a rear d-60 is worth. Now if they are fronts buy them immediately as that was what the article was talking about. Thanks Shawn
