I could use a full kit but I need 37.5 or wider as well. If you had wider I would be all over it.

Im a little confused on the dimensions. What is the OD of the splines? OD of the the long neckdown section? and the Dia of the bore?
Are the bars heat treated?
Thank you, im sure this information will help others as well.

Discription- 1 1/8" Hollow Bar 4340 Chromoly .750 or 1.00
???
Are they 1 1/8" od working diameter or .75" or 1"? What is hollow and what's the id??
Have you actually calculated the stiffness of this setup?? For a normally mounted sway bar in your lengths only the last few holes on a 30" long .75" od bar seem to be in the "rockcrawling" range. Are these build for racing rigs or what? If they're 1 1/8" or 1" od they're retarded stiff.
I do like the stuff, but I'm just curious as to the specifics of the parts and their intended uses.

I asked for the dimensions above because of the same reasons Benny brings up.
Im guessing that 30" is the longest piece that will fit in his machine. Just a guess.
Yo 5x a reply would be great, im looking to order a sway bar in the next 3 weeks and am interested in your product.
Thanks
Ian

Ben-
Anyway to get the arms built to be doglegged out so you could accommodate a wider application if the bars are limited to 30"s?
