Hey guys, I was wondering if a dana 300 will bolt up to an ax15 without flipping it? I plan on running a passenger drop axle in my YJ and this would be great to know. I saw that AA sells a $170 adapter:rolleyes:, but I was wondering if this was just a clocking ring or what? I plan on using a clocking ring, but I know I can get one cheaper than that. I think That it will bolt right up but the clocking ring alows you to run a flat belly skid plate, I was gonna do the swap but, if you wanna run big tires kiss the Ax15 good bye. So I am going TF727 so I know thats a direct bolt up to a Dana 300.:usa:

Well, Right now Im running 37" MTR's and I dont plan on going any bigger for a while. I will just run the AX15 till it blows:nuke: , then worry about it. Thanks for the info though:D

The 300 will need to to be spaced back 7/8ths so not just any clocking ring will work! I know a good place to get one ;)

There's a guy in canada that sells them. Phil Jensen knows him. He posts here as 1tontj

The guy also sells them on Ebay.

There's also "Exaxt" making them. They are the guys producing the modified unimog axles in British Columbia (Canada ;0) and that ran the Blazer in TTC.
