I am wondering if anybody has experience with internal pneumatic beadlocks. They are a very low profile tube that you place inside your your tubeless tires. The tube has a kevlar case that goes around it. You need to drill another hole in your wheel for the low profile tube but thats it. These are very easy to balance as they weight around 1kg and are street legal. All you do is put 35psi in the pnuematic beadlock then air your tires down to 5psi and your away. The pnuematic beadlock apllies preasure to both the inner and outer bead. These style of beadlocks have been very popular with racers in events such as the Australian Outback Challenge and Malaysian Rainforest Challenge. Does anybody run them in the US

Yes...I run them for my heavy ass Cruiser since they keep some ground clearance versus beadlocks....I've had them for 4 years and like them.....

Normal beadlocks only clamp the outer bead where pnuematic beadlocks clamp both inner and outer beads, Breadlock rings make it nearly impossible to balance the tyre where pnuematics are dead easy to balance, Beadlock rings are illegal on road in all states in Australia but pnuematics are fine.
