should I buy 44s or 42s for my hummer rims? I am worried that if I suck the sidewalls in too tight that the tire will have problems with rolling over when at low pressures. I am not worried about pinching seeing as I just ordered the rubber runflats from daniel today but I am worried that in a side hilling application the tire would try to rollunder the wheel and make my truck more tippy. I have seen the 42s on the hummer rims and they seem to work pretty well but I dont know about 44s. Does anyone have any pics of 44s on hummer rims that show how bad the sidewalls are tucked in. If you want 44's and can clear them run them i do not think they will fold, i mounted a set of Realy wide 38's on stock land cruiser rims and it did not make the tire do anything funny.

How i think of it. Pick your initial tire size then add 2 to it and there ya go. SO the 44's are calling your name!!!

44's arent that much taller and the sidewalls are both huge. aired down neither come close to their sizes so just go with the 44's or you'll regret it ever time you scrape or get hung up on anything. "if only I had an inch more clearance"

All right. I guess it is clear then. either go 44s now or later so I guess it is now. I will order them today. Still would like to see some pics of 44s on hummer rims though!

Don Robbins runs them on his blue/tubechassis cruiser crawler. go to sports in the rough site and look for Prorock pics- he does fine with them.

Some people I talked to said that the 44" doesn't hook up as well as a 42" on a light vehicle like a jeep buggy.

Well I think you need to run p205 75 r15 I think you can get those if all-terrain!!!!!

i run 42's on my heep. i like the 15" with more than the wider 44. just my op.

Get the 44's waterlogged is right it would be a shame to order 42's when you know you will just turn around and sell them!
