Red Chevy 10-04-2007, 07:29 AM the way these doubler kits are made today, u can use ford with chevy like u want to do. the problem u will have is the VSS, since the 4L60E is computer controlled. Maybe just as easy to use a 241/241 or 231/241 or 231/241 doubler from DD Machine so u can have ur VSS hoodup pretty simple. I'm going to send computer to speed and performance to have the wiring harness cut down, and reprogramed to make it a stand alone system. So I'll have to ask them if I'll need the sensors for the transfer. I know a guy running a 4L60E with a 231/231 behind it and he loves it, but he's only on 33's. john327 10-05-2007, 03:30 PM I talked to advanced adapters today. They said you have to run the speed sensor. So I think I'm going to run the 241. How long would the 241/241 be?
