The bypasses are thru the testing stage, and we are now working on streamlining the production. In order to make them affordable, they have to be able to be made efficiently (quickly)....that's the biggest hurdle right now. We are ALMOST there. We've had to design our own tube bending dies and such to bend the tube sharply enough to leave enough room to weld them easily. We've purchased and set up a dedicated mill just for the bypass work.
I just placed a "test order" for a set with custom tube placement, just to see how the guys do. If they show up correct....we'll be ready to start production right after. Stay tuned!!
