I let this run in the non-hardcore section for a week with not much response. So forgive me if this isn't hardcore enough. But I am a college kid on low budget and need the best harness for the lowest price, no room for mistakes.

I have a CJ-7 with a SBC(HEI ignition) and an S10 column, etc.

I was looking at the summit universal kit(18 circuit) for like $230 for the GM column.

I also searched and found an EZ Wiring company who had a 21 circuit kit for $185. And even a mini one for like $135. I dug up an old thread and found some good things about these guys.

And of course, painless has one, but more expensive.

Any input about what harness you guys have used? been successful with? and liked? with a simliar setup to mine, would be great. thanks a lot

make your own. any "kit" will be too long and need to be cut up and soldered anyways. i always wire everything in one color too to make it more difficult for myself. just but a butane solder iron, some connectors and a bunch of wire. grainger will prob be the best bet and dont use crimp connectors solder them
