buddy has a slant six with a 4 speed behind it, i heard some where a 318 would bolt up where the slant six was, is it true??

nope. different pattern from the leaning tower of power:D

The 318 will bolt to the same frame holes as the 225 but you will need a different belhousing and flywheel
