My last purchase from Summitt, the parts from Sparks showed the next day. The parts from the midwest warehouse took 5 days. The service from Fed Ex beats the hell out of UPS too.:smokin:

Summit is fast as Hell. Order Monday, and it's there Tuesday, or Wednesday at the latest. I'm only about 80 miles from their Ohio store, but that's still fast IMO :D

Summit great for fast deliveries. I use them a lot. Does anyone on here run the line lock they sell? Kinda pricey but looks like it would work well. Anyone?

I too praise Summit for their great service. I even returned an electric fan 3 months after I bought it. No questions asked. The fan was unused, but the box was destroyed because it showed up fast, and I didn't realize it was on the back deck for a few days...it got rained on. They also cover return shipping!

And they send me a free mag every month!

Love Summit, they get stuff out real fast but hate Fed-ex. I noticed a lot of places were using Fed-ex so we signed up and started shipping some of our stuff with them. Fed-ex was much slower on average and they lost far more boxes than UPS. As a result we stopped shipping Fed-ex.

Summit kicks ass. If it is in stock in Sparks, I always get it the next day. UPS only. Fed Ex sucks ass in my neighborhood. If I am not here, they feed whatever it is to my dogs over the fence. They dropped a box with and ring and pinion, bearing kit, and aluminum cover over my fence. When I got home, I was looking at a R&P. Luckily it was not raining. I told Summit if they ever send me something Fed Ex, they lost me as a customer.

Summit is awsome and I will agree with Chris about Fed Ed ground I assume(formerly RPS) they suck. We attemped shipping with them at work after UPS had lost a few packages. Boy they make UPS look like saints. When shipping back east where most of our stuff goes it would take 1-3 days longer to deliver than UPS and we sell race car parts and like wheelers they need it when they order it. So we went back to UPS. As for Fed Ex air, they do an awsome job.

They better be fast they are one of the largest mailorder people in the business way to support your local guy that goes on the same trails as you. He'll probably try to match their price and would appreciate the business. If the local guy is some idiot that thinks a competent rig is determined by fender flares and a good soft top:flipoff2: him Summit took forever on my winch and sent me the wrong snatch block I live near Specialtyparts.com way better experience for me buy from the people who wheel it.

Summit kicks ass.

If it's in their Akron store, I can have it same day. :D Only a 35 min drive.

And my daughter loves going to "the racing store". She likes sitting in the video games and pretending she's driving.

And their clearance room kicks butt. Picked up a new 60 gear set (4.10) for $60.
