I think he's referring to something along the lines of Orbit-eyes but I forget who makes those.

I think he's talking about the setup BC Broncos has, looks like a hinge that goes between the axle and spring. Interesting idea, but they look a little scary to me.

There was a guy in Montrose last weekend with those on his Bronco. He said they worked well on the ramp but just let the body flop around on the trail. He was taking them out as soon as he got home.

One person's experience, just thought I'd pass it on.

He means a pivot block. I have seen a set up close. Took the twist outa the spring but other that that didn't help that much. Easy to build.

You could go to 1/4" OD, 1/8" thick pipe...

Smart ass...

If I were gonna run a setup like this I would be tempted to try a shackle setup like Zuk has on the back of his yota (look at the shackle reversal thread for a link) they locat e the shackle back and forth so it cant sway, I think it would make this setup much more stable.

That's agreat pic Mark. Finally explains this whole thing to me. This setup may also help w/axlewrap as well if you welded the bottom plate to the original spring perch and/or axle.

Those things are like 95.00 a piece.

It's a toss-up of price versus Flex...

I think I'll be getting a set some day.
