Building my buggy, want to scrap the stock wiring and go with a panel from 12voltguy. Anybody have a schematic to help me figure out how to rerun with new wires.

lots of ways

you really dont need a LOT of wiring.

power from the alternator to the battery, easily done with one wire and a decent memory.
power to the start switch, then to the starter,
power to the distributor and coil, after a fuse
power to any fans, after a fuse
same with lights.... use a fuse
power supplied from the battery, usually from the + pole on the starter to the main fuse block to run power to the accessories.
