Hey, DAN have you lurked?

Everything they saw about the PBB on the BB is true, we are rude, crass and sarcastic fawkers.

Couple of pointers:

Search for Topic of the Day to get an idea of the topics that have been discussed in the IH section.

If you want to know how to fit tires return to the BB or break out the Saw-Z-all.

There is nothing wrong with body damage, yes the body is a pivot point

Stay away from OS, he can be an arse, unless you bribe him with

And Welcome DAN :flipoff2: :flipoff2:

:flipoff2: Thanks fawkers! And I wouldn't worry about the flood of newbies comin' over- no way would someone who's posted umpteen times about proper trim or paint or spewed about the immorality of planting non IH running gear blah blah dare post here- ; but rude crass and sarcastic, I might have found my long lost family! Except I prefer Whiskey over

Just so you know, the best info is found at the General 4x4 forum and the search button can be your best friend.

Hey, newbie, I resemble some of those remarks!

My tow-rig has ALL of the factory trim pieces (that's a LOT of trim for the long blue monster)..

Hooper with his super-star numbers-matching SSII and I will just sit over in the corner with our preferred beverage - root  :D (My welding and driving are bad enough sober... )

And not all of us are rude and sarcastic, either.. mostly it's the fawkin' newbies that haven't learned yet... and OldScout. :flipoff2:

Just that you are a SSII bigot :flipoff2: if it ain't factory it ain't a SSII ;).

By the way hoop I hope you appreciate that I came out of lurk mode on the dreaded BB to try and help you out with the attempt at "Tech Talk". But after all a stock SUA and a SOA both work...why waste time talking about it??

I was tearing down the Heep tranny for my tail-housing swap. Just about ready for the rebuild. I order a couple of parts that should have been included in my master kit (fawk'n TCI)

I'll be around Sat in the afternoon, Sunday should be a Scout day. Start stipping the interior for the cage work.

Joe

ROFL. I liked the *my 4" lift spring sua can outwheel almost any SOA* post. That is the kind of put up or shut up I like. Too bad he was so far away!!!

I did appreciate the assistance. Not sure the discussion went anywhere, but, it was fun while it lasted.

And, you are right, I am an SSII bigot. But, that being said, I do have a *special* place on the registry for our SSII Conversion brothers. ;)
