We made some changes to our disc conversion. Not sure if I ever posted these up on Pirate or not.

There was alot of customer input on these. Basically what customers like and didn't like and we designed a bracket to satisfy as much of that criteria as possible.

I believe this to be the beefiest bracket on the market today. Retailing for $65 per kit. Nope, it aint the cheapest out there but then hey, we aren't wally world either!

On another note, we just finished the fitting of our Dana 70 dually disc conversion. It is a bolt on bent style bracket much like what you see pictured here. Included in the kit is a complete parts list for off the shelf rotor and caliper. The caliper is your basic 73-87 3/4 ton front caliper. This kit will clear a 16" steel dually wheel with just a slight buff on the outer edge of the caliper. I timed my self and with a flapper wheel it took 20 seconds to get the clearance.

This kit was designed for dually rigs. Not so much a dually rear end being used for a SRW application.

We're not posting pictures at this time. Trying to keep the design for ourselves for a little while! If you have questions please ask away.

Expecting to list these on the website for $75 per kit. We are currently looking for factory replacement type hardware. Once we find it we'll get them on the website. If ya don't need the hardware, pick up the phone! We are shipping these now without hardware for $70 per kit. The factory hardware will work.

For those of you that are running a SRW Dana 70 rear and want to convert it to discs, we have a kit for that as well.

This kit is a weld on flange with a bolt on bracket. In most cases the factory flange does not have to be removed. This kit gives you a removable bracket in the end for replacement purposes or switching to a new axle you wouldn't have to replace the entire kit. We do make the weld on flange available seperately. We're not tapping the flange on these either. We're using all grade 8 hardware. No sense tapping the flange and run the risk of damaging a thread when it so simple to replace a nut or bolt.

We also include rotors with/without this kit depending on what you need. The rotor we supply has a 5.375" Inside diameter. This is required for clearance on the back of some Dana 70 hubs. If ya don't need the rotors call in your order and we'll take care of ya! $140.00 with rotors. $70 without rotors.

One thing to keep in mind, There are alot of variations on the Dana 70 out there. If you have questions, please ask them! We're known for our customer support and quality products. We'll always do ya right. If what we have is not what you need I'd rather not sell ya something your gona have to fight to install.

U do a sterling disc brake setup?

Sorry, we do not have a Sterling kit at this time. It's on the list but not very high up.

How about a Volvo portal disc conversion?

Unfortunately, I don't have any portals to play with. Otherwise it'd be a possibility.

R and D is currently on the back burner due to demand. Hope to get back to it soon.
