Yes I searched :flipoff2:
My boss had just had his old T90 rebuilt. It keeps popping out of first gear only under load going up steep stuff. No, the boot is not in the way and there's nothing forcing it out from the outside.
Did the dood fawkup rebuilding it. One of the cogs off? Spacer in the wrong spot?
Any help? Thanks.

Strange, they usually pop out of 2nd. I'd start with the shift tower balls and springs. Take off the tower and see if it snaps into gear position or if it is loose. Once the top is off, check the 1st gear slider, It can be installed backwards

I was sure this was going to be a second gear thing.

Thanks guys. So, pull the whole shifter assembly apart, clean it, check it and make sure all the ball/spring assemblies are tight and working? That's what I'm getting. Gunna check out the links.
Steve, I still have that TJ side panel. Trying to get it to you!

just do a clutch dump and in the resulting drivetrain void place in a 420.

In that case, since it was "just rebuilt" take it back for warranty work.
