:mad3: Mad as hell!!!
I am looking for the person who video taped my 11 yr. old daughter this weekend, Saturday at Wentworth springs turn off, The fork before the first creek crossing. Someone was talking to my daughter at the camp site going toward Wentworth springs Saturday late afternoon, while my husband and I were taking care of the roll over accident involving Jerry. She was with Jerry's wife at their campsite, I was told that someone had come up to her asking her questions about what happened and video taping her at the same time. I and my Husband are OUTRAGED. This person stopped when the friend who was watching her called her to leave them, they turned the tape off. WHY!!! I don't know. I am very upset about this. She had NO CLUE who he even was, but maybe he had something to do with the search & rescue team that were looking for us. If you know of who this person is, PLEASE let us know. We are very concerned about this situiation. AND NO WISE CRACKS FOOLS. This is my little girl. I need to know who this ass is and how to find out why he was taping her!

I don't blame ya for being protective of your daughter, you should be. Also, I'm not trying to make light of the situation, but do you have some reason to believe that the person with the camera had ill intentions? Were they maybe just trying to find out about the rollover? If not, then carry on with your ass kickin mission.

I don't know what their intention are, but I do know that when I was told that she was asked to get back over to the attending adult twice, this guy up and left and didn't even say a word. Much less ask any of the adults permission to ask, tape, whatever, anything of her. I'ts just a very scarry situiation. And I feel that while my hsuband & I are trying to save a life, someone has the gull to do something like this. Please, anyone help us, so if anything we can get some answers, and yes maybe this is a very innocent situiation, but the unknowing is bothersome.

Not to say you shouldnt help during an accident, or that I would not want to have your assitance if it were me or my family injured, but you need to take care of your own before you take care of someone else, or at least be sure the "friend" that is supposed to be watching her actually is and that person understands how YOU want her watched....

And yes I do have a daughter and yes I have helped others on the trail....

I would stand for that to happen to my daughter either and I truly hope you find out what that person wanted.

Probably nothing, but I would judge that by the questions that he asked her.;)

I wish I could help ya out but I live far away..

I don't think you are overreacting at all....somwhere in the US every 18 minutes a child is abducted.(not trying to worry you) its sad and I think every parent should be way overprotective..

THANKS for helping somone in need

I have to agree.

Most people are pretty honest too. I sure would hate to be a kid lost in a mall these days, everybody's afraid to try and help.
Thankfully, when I was a kid, people weren't scared to help out. I know I personally wouldn't want to go near a crying child these days ....
