What do i need to listen to Weatherman while on course?
We plan to camp a few hours out of Los Cabos and will like to listen while we wait for the cars, any Howto that you guys know?
Thanks.
Lance, my Camarones y Cerveza offer from last year still stands :D

First, buy a race radio.
Second, adjust it to 151.625
Third, Unplug your microphone
Fourth, Listen:flipoff2:

Why would a scanner not work?
Why would a scanner not work?
it would work just fine if it was able to be set to specific frequencies and locked there.

Scanner would work perfectly. Set Weatherman frequency to #1 priority and any other team frequencies below that and you are set.
On a Xcvr I'd actually make unplugging your microphone a higher order priority that setting the freq. Stuck mics and drunk assholes are a real danger to the safety of the racers.
