You will never make them perfect. However, you can improve them by using product for convertable top windows (sold by Mother's?). You will also want to use only window cleaner that is safe for all tinted and plastic windows.

**EDIT**

Here is one of the products that I found when I did Yahoo for "Plastic window restore"

plastic windows will always fade. Just live with it or replace them about once every 2 years. Or you can keep your jeep out of the trails. I just deal with it and just unzip the windows down, dress warm, heater full blast during the winter months out on the trail

I can't unzip my windows, all the zippers are broken. I used zip ties to stich it back together. When I wheel, I just dress warm and take the doors off. I mean you get out so much, whats the point in taking your jacket off and on?

I got a ski mask to keep the cold wind off my face if we do a long drive to the trail head.

there is realy no way to repair them ..all the products out there for windows are made to be used on glass..
I tried just about everything on mine and I am going to have to get new ones..
if you are good at sewing you can go to the fabric store and get new plastic and cut the old ones out and put the new plastic in .. lol but thats hard to do ..

Get the mothers plastic window polish-treat your windows like you are buffing a paintjob. It will clear them up pretty good.

Working in a marina, we used this stuff called ZEP 40. Its a foaming cleanser/polish that works great on glass and clear vinyl. Since many express cruisers have clear vinyl cabin encloser pieces that get scratches, mildew, fog, smoke film, spider/bug/bird shat; this stuff should work just as well on jeep windows. Won't take out deep scratches but polishes well & makes many window visible again. Check a local marine supply store for it or something equivalent.
