It looks awefully damn clean for fire damage. That and the info says it s hard top, but pics dont match. Steering wheel and dash look like a fire project, but the rest of the pics dont support this. Looks iffy to me, and 8K for a burn out? Think I'd let this one pass even if I was on the market for another project.

I am thinking for around 8k you could pick up a running/driving 97-98 TJ (I have even seen a couple w/4.0Ls) for around 8-9k.

$8000, that's the current price on fully operational stock 97 TJ's in this area. Matter of fact a friend just bought a 98 2.5L for 8k. If you are even considering using it for an on-road vehicle, you may want to find out how much to get the air bags and related sensors fixed, that can be mucho $$$.
