1TonJeep88 10-20-2007, 06:45 PM I have a 77 K20 i'm putting a 60 in and I want to do cross over or hi steer and i have seen offroad designs kit that goes for $440 and i have a 2wd chevy steering box, i'm just wondering if i can piece it together myself for cheaper and all what i'm gonna need like arms, studs, pitman arm etc Thanks 4x4koko 10-20-2007, 06:49 PM sky steering has a setup positrack@earthlink. 10-20-2007, 10:02 PM Sure, you could piece it together, but I don't know if you could do it much cheaper. You probably could if you are willing/able to make some of your own stuff like the draglink and tierod. If you do, you'd better do a good job... I will tell you the ORD stuff is damn nice. I've got an ORD D60 X-over (not high-steer) kit on my '76 3/4-ton GMC, and couldn't be happier with it. The arms are absolutely beautiful, and everything works and fits exactly as it should.
