: Vortec V6 after market intakes

I want to know who makes one ..I have a 96 4.3 vortec..I found that edelbrock has one for the 95 and ealier but I want one that will accept a carb too

There's one here, the only one I've found. It's not cheap though. www.cfm-tech.com

You'll find that most of the 4.3 goodies stop at '95 because '96 was when OBDII went into effect.

That's why you look to the marine equipment. No OBDII to worry about there. There was a guy in Alaska selling two intakes on Ebay last week. Claimed they were GM Performance Parts brand. He wouldn't give me the parts number for one. I called Pace Chevrolet, and guy there said he could sell a bunch of them if it were true, but it wasn't. Only thing I can figure is they were a Mercruiser part he was passing off as GMPP.
