cooljosh asked me to post these pics I took of him a couple months ago when we were in Spider Canyon just fooling around :D . Anyway Spider Canyon is near the Rock Garden in the Farmington, NM area, this particular obstacle is called "Daddy Long Legs". Took some doing, but Joshes rear coil Sammi was one of only 2 vehicles to even attempt this that day. Enjoy:

Farmington and the sarounding areas are great to wheel in there is alot of stuff ranging from easy to rcaa style this trail that i was wheeling on up there is called spider canyon its its rated 4+ so its pretty hard there are two climbs that only 4 people have ever been up one is called daddy long legs. The epic sniper was one of them and then the guy who made the trail then me then a friend of mine in a heavily modified cj7. there is one other climb called black widow that is hard only 2 people have been up it. Its rolled 6 jeeps on there tops. One of the local guys here named Stanly steele rolled his 85.000$ jeep and burned it to the ground on thisclimb so it is hard i tried but the samurai width held me back. So if any one is coming to farmington any time in the future tell me i would be more than happy to show you around. Well later Josh

Wheeling rule #1 for me has always been....no spotters with a pony-tail MULLET....and #2 don't stand right behind a rig on a steep climb. Your breaking both rules:D

That long haired guy is a damm good spotter and also my dad and he wheels also so i dont care were he stands cuz i know he is smart enofe to move out of the way if things dont go as planned.Im going wheelin tomarrow on this trail but i have to wheel his jeep becouse my samurai is not finished yet so that sucks it means i cant wheel the hard stuff on that trail.

Oh yeah about that real expensive jeep all i know is that he claims he has that much money in to it i know he has alot he spent a shit load on the motor alone its a a supercharged 383 stroker with 700 horse power i know that for a fact becouse i saw his dyno results. His son also has a tube fram blazer with a 468 big block with about 750 horse power. i dont know why they think they need all the power for wheelin but if i owned a speed shop i would do it too.

Tim we are probably going to go to montrose this fall and run the trails so we have a heads up. We also have a trail north of my place about 30 miles that has anything a person wants.

If that's the same rig it think it is (someone emailed me and said that it had rolled and burned in Farmington) I saw it in Colorado blasting up a scree slope off the main trail (Black Bear) until it bogged down because it wasn't getting fuel. It was your basic drag motor in what was supposed to be a crawling Jeep. It had this nasty lumpy idle and no real gearing. Fun in the rocks! I'm not all that surprised it rolled since it wasn't exactly set up for finesse driving...

But WTF do I know!:flipoff2:
