hmm all that comes up everywhere i look is a 157 tooth 50 oz, all 164 tooth ones are 28, i even went to my local parts store and checked a few full size trucks and they had 157 tooth or 28 oz but no 164 tooth and 50oz imbalance.. ???

Well, all truck flywheels are 164 tooth and went to 50 ozs in 1981, So I guarantee that in 1990 all 302's were 50oz imbalance so get a flywheel for a 1990 F-150 with a 302 and a 4 or 5 speed.
And if you local parts house doesn't have one either a) they need to order you one or b) the guy has no idea what he's talking about.

Yeah, what he said. Got mine from Jeff's Bronco Graveyard. Brand new, $165 IIRC. Might get a better deal from Autozone or other places.
Oh...And they will only go on the crank one way. Not to worry about where to put the weight.
