I saw on this bulletin board a while back a good bumper hinge that you could buy from a company for about $40, I think. There was a picture of a guy hanging off the swing away tire carrier to show the strength of the hinge.

Anyone know what company or have a link for this. I am interested in getting one and searched through the archives and searched using web search engines but can not come across it.

Also other suggestions are always appreciated.

I saw that. I could not find the parts he had listed and that guy that makes those wants $90 dollars. I think that is to steep. The other place had the exact same thing and it was like half the price
