Is there a gate at Deer Valley? I am thinking of going in the next month and am curious if it is open year around or not. Also, are any of the other trails in the area open year around?

I ran it last weekend and everythng is open. The only time it closes is when HWY 4 at Bear Valley closes for winter as well as twin lakes camp ground on the HWY 88 side.

Cool thank you. How about Niagra Rim, is it open until there is to much snow to go through?

Niagra rim is part of the OHV campground and is gated so you should be able to look it up on the forest service web site to see if its open.
