We had our monthly meeting last nite, I know many of you are Loners and not club affiliated, and I respect that completely, in fact I never planned to get involved in LSC, I was heavily, and still am a mamber of FWD/FWD one of the larger generic clubs around.
However we have taken this club form 3 members in late 98 to around 100 today, took in 3 newbies last nite, one with a nice old Pig.....can't have too many Pigs.
Grat bunch of guys, when we went to Moab, we took 12 trucks and 13 members, our guys carried everything from jack stands, Mig, air tools, 5 gal of gear oil w/ pump etc. our camp became "The Place" in Slickrock to find tools, parts, and help, one nite Ronnie Lewis and I fired the Mig up and spent a couple of hours helping guys out. Regardless of your feeling on clubs, there's something cool to be a part of a club like ours........Hey Grog, where the Fawk were you last nite???????
Took my Mavica, but was too busy jawing and drinking Shiner Bock to take any pictures.....
BTW I ain't no newbie no more.....
