Anyone got one or ridden in one? Need to compare it against a Rhino. I like the rhino but it's a little lax on the power side for dunes and top speed as well. The RZR looks pretty much badass, but no one in town has one I can go ride. Which one would be better for a sport off-road quad is my question I guess.

Also the new rhino 700? Is it any better then the 660 or nil difference?

Definitely more sporty then utility...

I wish I wouldn't have gotten my Sportsman 800 last Spring/Winter and waited and gotten the RZR :D

Let me know what you think.

RZR...there is ABSOLUTELY no comparison! Handling and out-of-corner acceleration are not even in the same league! Unless you need a 4-seat option or cargo capacity, you DEFINATELY want the RZR.

sold my comp buggy and got one of these...factory cage is marginal at best, and you will need a skid plate, alot of people run wheel spacers or different offset wheels. Other than that, out of the box it just works.

Troy @ the Badlands is supporting these rides with alot of aftermarket stuff (his skid plates rock)

One of my friends just bought a RZR with a lot of aftermarket parts installed already. This one has extended A-Arms, cage, power programmer, exhaust, Fox C/O's and more I'm sure..

It's a blast! Handles jumps great...

Only complaint is that some of the bolts came loose while I was driving...causing the passenger rear A-Arm to come out and resulted in a roll at about 35mph.:shaking:
The cage held up just fine.
Those bastards are a little heavy to roll back over by yourself:D

We took it to Hot Springs, Ar two weeks ago and it handled some 3 rated trails just fine.

We also just took it to Disney, Ok this last weekend and it got around alright in the rocks....just needed some more belly clearance in a few spots like this...

That just reminds me, of alot of rollover rhino videos I've seen, this one made me scream like the guy holding the camera....

The local 4wd store owner is getting a new 700 tomorrow, and I might head out with him this weekend to test it out and see what it's all about. I like the RZR but the general consensus is that it is small, and skinny. Cargo bed is pretty much worthless (for cooler + beer)

As soon as I start looking at these I come across a screaming deal on a TRX450. So much that I might get both, but the TRX450 will come first so I can have something on thanksgiving for sure.

I bought an rzr this past week. I ride Harlan, Ky with a toyota truck on 37's. I have not taken it on any hardcore truck trails but what i rode yesterday was awesome. I dont think i will ever buy another conventional atv again. run this thing in two drive and its just an out and out blast. I did take it up some ledges yesterday that was pretty tough.
If you dont need to haul a bunch of crap then buy the rzr!

Man....you're going to love that thing.

Another friend of mine brought his quad by the shop last week before I left town & let me ride it.

He just put a pipe on it along with re-jetting it.....I couldn't believe how much difference there was with those and a regular 400.

This 450 was pulling the front end up in 3rd super easy.

I have a long travel Rhino with lots of goodies, and a completely stock RZR. Right now, I'm liking the RZR. Power is sooo much nicer. Engine is much quieter. I duned all over Glamis. Big fun.

Going to get a long travel this Friday on the RZR, and then I'll be looking to ditch the Rhino. Maybe a Teryx in my future after that?

We are tearing it down to the frame mounts and rebuilding it with 1 3/4" DOM. Should be a fun project.
