ok so i have a 92 f150 supercab that tows my toyota and is my dd i have nothing bad to say its an awesome truck with alot of power and is very comfortable, but seeing that i am an 18 year old and i want my goddamn loud exhaust but nothing has come from it, i put on dual chamber flows and ive got great tone but no volume i want so freaking volume outta this thing any suggestions on how to handle this short of some lifter cams? maybe headers you all have used, or just a different muffler i want some noise.

Cold air intake and programmer, And larger exhaust tips. My truck is loud with a 2 chamber flow and tips

intake is an idea, but summit didnt show any programmers for my truck, would the sam year and engine mustang programmer or chip work?

compression=noise. stock 302= low comp.
redo the exhaust all together, get cheap headers, but make sure they dont leak. run three inch pipe straight out to some three and a half inch tips and make them exit infont of the right rear wheel. total set up pry about 500 bones. itll be loud enough.

i ran straight pipe for awhile, but less pipe, how much back fire will i be looking at?

well certainly more if you run a chip but i dont think it would be too cackle too badly. runnin shorter pipes is a sure fire way for more noise. my pickup that has a somewhat similar set up shoots out flames but i think its fuckin tight haha

it'll be real tight when he blows the mufflers up or blows the welds,
I had that issue with my carb on a Dodge, it ended up collecting to much raw gas in the muffler and one day it ended up Exploding the muffler cans up, that was real "tight" until i had to fix it, appreantly you do not worry about those MPG you lose running way to rich to blow flames? i'm not giving you shit either.

how about your fucked cuz you in cali. if you werent or you can afford two different exhaust systems. run mustang equal leangth shorties (3inch) (2into1) then into a dynomax bullet race muffler or a round borla race muffler. it'll be loud. i have 4" side exit zoomies on my ranger with 4" in/out bullets and oh damn is it loud, and i love it.
