I'm running stock YJ springs over axle with a D44 front and a Ford 9" rear and will need new drive shafts. My length is the same and the rear axle is off set to the pass. side so the drive line angle is straight. Should I run a CV style rear shaft or could I run a standard style, I have missing link shackles so it drops aways.

The question you need answered depends more on lift hieght than anyof the other info you gave. Is yours the black sammy with a custom HP 44 you tubed yourself to make a right side drop? In the dana axle FAQ on one of the last pages some one posted a part #for neapco sammy to 1310 u-joint adapters. I am going first to try those on the t-case and use shortened jeep cherokee rear drivelines with my 44 swap. I dont think for your lift hieght (assuming yours is the one I am thinking it is) that you would need CV's. If you NEED CV's then you are better off using toyota truck front driveshafts. They flex farther than 1310 (some claim) and are easier to adapt to the sammy t-case. I dont currently know of ANY way to put 1310 CV's on the sammy t-case.

Calmini has them and Tom Woods can make them to adapt to the T case flange. My lift components are from Trail tough and I run 33" tsl's. It's probably around 7-8 inches of lift.

The guys at arizona driveline took really good care of me and set me up with 1310/sami shaft w/ 9" slips for a good price and the run 30 degrees no prob and I Have a lot of droop with no binding

Ive got Arizona drivelines cv long slip shafts front and rear . They screwed me around quite abit and I broke the front shaft where they butt welded it together . I would try someone else but that's just my opinion.
