Where can I get locking hubs for a GM Dana 60 front?? i just have the 1-ton front GM 60 with the cap on the hub. Also is it best to run these 60's without manul locking hubs?
thanks

Hello,

I bought a MileMarker set from Summit (P/N MMK-449SS). Around $160 I believe. They have a fully stainless cap and dial, as opposed to the plastic dial on Warn or Superwinch lockouts. They also cost less than a Warn set. Very nice hubs, I would definitely recommend them. They also make a 35 spline set if you are using 35 spline stub shafts. As for whether or not to use lock-outs, I would if it's a street truck. Maybe not if it it's a crawler, but I'd definitely want them. Less wear and tear on the front drivetrain. Anyway, good luck with your build.

Lockouts are weak, especially the 35 spline ones. I would not run lockouts at all on 35 spline shafts. With 30 spline shafts, it's your choice.
