Ok i'm swapping in 44 in the front of my grand and doing the 3/4 ton steering. Well i got it set up and with the angle of the drag link the joint is binding at the pitman arm. I thought this was a pretty common conversion and hadn't heard of this problem, i've attached some pictures. If any of you have ideas on what steps i should take to be able to get some more angularity out of the joint please let me know.

Or any other joint that allows more angular movement?

Thank you

You're using a Tie Rod End. You need a drag link end. It allows for more movement. Spicer part number ES2027L - 7/8 - 18L Double pivot drag link end Left Hand Thread. If you don't need a left hand thread take the "L" off the back.

Thought something was wrong, correct box wrong part in it. Got it all in today and track bar setup so the front should be done this week.

Thanks for the assistance

Oh and make sure you throw ALOT of antiseize or water-proof grease on the shanks of the TREs... The TREs on my steering are (were) forzen in place
