I got a mini spool for my rear 10 bolt and was wondering if it can be used without a c-clip eliminater kit ?

yes, it can. I ran C-clips in mine with a mini-spool. it was in an s10, but it's the fullsize 10 bolt (8.5" 30 spline)

it was on 37s so I didn't completely beat on it to be on the safe side with the 10 bolt. (was building a 9" to replace it at the time)
