We have a build currently going on the hardcore thread and already have people asking about our products. So, in an effort to stay out of trouble for talking business in the build thread we decided we should come over here and give you guys all the info you will most likely need.

First, I will give you a little background on Sniper Fabworks LLC. SFW is located in Yukon, OK. We are a small subsidiary of a large 35year old production job shop. We currently sit in the back corner taking up ruffly 4000 sq feet of the total 120,000 square feet shop. Our parent company has been in business for over 35 years manufacturing parts for multi-million dollar government and private industry contracts.

We have access to every type of high end CNC production machine you could want and we manufacture in house over 90% of the items we sell through Sniper Fabworks LLC.

We currently only have a few of our production parts on our webstore. We have about 200 line items that will be added to the store over the next month. Hopefully you will like what we are doing and support us by allowing us the chance to help you with your current or next project.

Being in a manufacturing facility its tuff not to be focused on production. And that is our focus. We want to help push the envelope with new and innovative parts that benefits the offroad community.

But among all the production equipment, we do have a small custom fab shop where we currently build about 4-6 custom rigs a year. But we are sure those numbers will go up once we launch our production line of chassis. Most of the current project builds are used for the prototyping of new parts. But also because its what we love to do!! We are always looking for rigs to prototype new parts on so if your wanting to do something major and think it might be something we are interested in give us a call. We are currently looking for a TJ that we can cut the back frame off of to prototype a frame narrowing system. So if you know someone with a TJ wanting to add coilovers send them our way. It will be a win win I promise.

Here are some of the parts we currently have in production and listed on our website.

Mis Alignment Brackets Systems and Tabs:
These are all made out of .25 A50 plate steal. The are all CNC cut and in some cases formed. And yes they look similar to another companies parts but we have added a unique twist in the fact that we actual offset 1/4" of the .25 plate steel in a dome manner. Its designed specifically for the Large flex joints or RE joints. It allows just a little more breathing room for that joint to flex with out and clearance from the mounting area. Plus, putting that super duty dimple in .25" grade 50 material makes this setup real strong. To top it off it makes setting up your link system simple. Saving you time and money so you can be out on the trail more.

Note, we offer this mis alignment in all our bracket/tab parts. The only difference is the non misalignment brackets and tabs are typically made out of 5/16" A50 where all the misalignment parts are 1/4" A50.

Here are just a few pictures of some of the SFW misalignment brackets: The first is a standard axle tube bracket. This one is setup for 22.5 degrees but we offer them in 10 degree and zero degree. The second and largest part of the two is our large cross member link specifically for large flex joins. This part actually has the top and bottom plates made of 5/16 A50 with the mis alignment tabs being 1/4 A50. I will post some other misalignment tabs below.

sniperfab
11-04-2007, 01:54 AM
Here are some pics of our upper frame mount bracket with the misalignment specifically for large flex joint. This bracket makes mounting a link to the inside or outside of a frame rail a snap. Plus, it has so much weld surface for attachment. The flex joints just slid right up in there for a perfect fit. All these misalignment systems have a 1" diameter flat spot on both the inside and outside around the bolt hole for the wash, nut and joint to sit flush on. If I was going to build my rig using flex joints these would be my only choice!!!

This item showed up in one of our build pics and it was asked about right away. This is our firewall Hyro Valve Mount. It is a straight up bolt on part. It bolts right up to the factory steering column location on CJ and YJ. Mounting a hyrdo valve could not get any easier.

We have a lot more parts on our website. http://www.sniperfab.com/products/ We manufacturer in house well over 90% of everything we sell. Thus, we keep track of quality control, material used, inventory, etc. Plus, we currently have not been in contact with any distributor so you are buying direct and not through a middleman that has marked it up!

Plus, we love special projects. If you have a special idea or a design for a part that you want made for your project. Give us a call. If you can dream it we can build it.

One last thing, we only except PayPal on our webstore currently. We do NOT want to be responsible for our customers personal financial info getting hyjacked. So, until our IT guys can prove to us that our customers data is 150% secure we will leave the gathering and storing of peoples person financial information to the Pros who spend millions to keep it safe. The only information we gather is the nessasary information to ship your order to you.

If Pay Pal is not good with you then call us. We have a credit card terminal at the shop or you can send us a person check or cashiers check. What ever you are confortable doing!!!!

Until next we meet.. Keep an eye on our build in the hardcore section. Also I would encourage you to join our email list. You will receive notification of when we introduce the rest of our product line. And there is a lot more products to come!!!!

Could you guys PM me some info about setting up a wholesale account?.. I am looking for a new provider of my CNC cut parts... The company i am currently using has totally dropped the ball, with constant promises of it will Be There Friday. When i actually do recieve my parts there are things missing, or wrong, and the whole process starts over again. As a matter of fact right now i have had to send my employees home for the last 2 weeks, b/c we simply have no materials to finish any of the build projects in the shop, and I personally have had enough dealing with them..It is now to the point where it is costing me money(in the form of time and customers) to keep using them.

I will get you some pictures of the dbl ended ram mount sitting on a Dana 60. We just started a project that will be getting one put on it. Just waiting on the first of our production run of D60 High Steer Arms to get finished. Should be in the next couple days.

As for the hydro valve mount for TJ. Our current bracket will work fine. In fact, its an easier mount on a TJ than on wrangler of CJ due to the fact you can use your stock steering column. The stock TJ column has a steering joint about 6" from the firewall on the inside. Since there are no bolt holes for the stock column you will have to drill four holes in the firewall to mount the bracket. Then simply disconnect the steering column at the joint on the inside. Put your steering shaft on the valve body and cut a small piece of steering shaft to go from your stock column to the joint on the valve. Done! I was looking at this yesterday on a TJ we are currently building for a customer. (OFF SUBJECT) I am also using this TJ to redesign the bumper on project Hol'd Out that several people are wanting for a TJ. We should have that done by the end of the week.

Again, mark and drill 4 holes to mount the bracket. We can provide a template if needed to mark the holes to drill. It would be just as easy to use the actual bracket to mark the holes.

This is the tabs and brace tacked together and ready to bench weld. We tack them together while sitting on the truss to make sure everything is lined up and sitting tight. Then we slide it off with spacers we have set-up .065" wider than the actual joint that will be mounted. For this system the mounting angle is 20 degrees on each side and gap is 2.625 for large heims with high misalignment or large flex joints.

sniperfab
11-17-2007, 06:54 PM
This it all welded up and ready to mount to axle. The brace is nice and tight to the tab that sits across the back and mounts to the diff ring with 4 - 1/2" bolts. this allows for welding the tab brace to the tab. That a lot of weld surface...

11-17-2007, 07:02 PM
Here is a new addition to our in-house bracket systems. This was also requested by a pirate 4x4 member. It has our built-in misalignment for large flex joints. This is for mounting lower links to the frame. It has holes for more weld surface in both the top and the side. It's built out of 1/4" A50 plate. Its a sweet little compact bracket and is self jigging for easy welding.

Some more shots.

By the way. We would just like to thank all those that have purchased parts from us over the last few weeks. We also appreciate everyones positive comments about our work.. We understand and appreciate people being loyal to those companies that they have dealt with in the past. But if you are caught in a bind and you are having difficulties sourcing your parts from other companies, we would love to have the opportunity to prove ourselves. We manufacturer in-house over 90% of what we sell and we keep a good stock of everything. But regardless, in the rare case we are out of stock, since we manufacture in house it would only be 1-2 days and we could have your part restocked and shipped.

We just finished producing another 20 new items and will be adding them to our online store this week. So keep an eye out... And if you need a special item we don't currently offer, give us a call and we will knock it out for you in short order!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes and no. We offer anything we make welded but unless specified in the part description on our online store the welding would be an additional cost. We try to design all our builder parts to be self jigging to make it easier for the builder to weld and mount. If there is any question regarding weather a part comes welded or un-welded or if you would like us to weld it prior to shipping just give us a call. 405-265-3310.... Oh, and Big91Rusty, thank you for your positive comments. Nice comments never get OLD!! We play hard and work hard just like our customers!!!

These pictures are of a GM Dana 60 full truss system with integrated double ended ram mount but we also offer them for the Ford/Dodge D60. We will be adding them along with several other items including our new line of body armor in the next few days to go along with our tube fender kits.

Give us a call or email if we can help you out with your project! We are also taking on distributors at this time so if you have a shop and struggling with getting parts from your current supplier or looking for a line of quality parts to help make your work a little easier we can help!

Here are the pics of the TJ front bumper with D-Rings. There is just minor trimming on the outside edge of the frame. The factory sway bar and steering box can be used or a after market sway bar through the front frame cross-member can be used. It can be bolted in the factory bumper locations or welded on. It comes in a kit form. Price will be around $189.95.

Not a problem! We can custom cut anything you want in it or not cut anything in it! But there will be an extra cost of $45 dollars either way because it will be custom not a production peace like the ones in the picture. Let us know if we can help in anyway!

Yes, we will be announcing well over 40+ new products in the next week and this bumper for TJ, YJ and CJ along with our full line of body protection will be among the new products. We thought we would put this bumper on here PRE-Launch just to see what the feedback was! If you have not already done so, sign-up for our news letter on our website. We will be announcing our new product line via the news letter in the next week or so! We also have several new lines of suspension parts we will be announcing. We have been quit for awhile on P4X4 but we have been busy designing, prototyping, testing new parts and dialing in new tooling/machines for these parts.

ALL DESIGNED, ENGINEERED, PROTOTYPED, TESTED, AND MANUFACTURED IN HOUSE!!!:)

Cool. I would like to buy one. I am VERY happy with the front D60 truss I got from you and I am sure the bumper will be equally cool. Finally a vendor who will take care of the customers with quick service and flexibility in custom parts.

Love that TJ bumper/winch mount! Simple, clean, effective, strong, and low profile! You may want to offer a grill/hood hoop as an option to make more $$$ And thanks for offering the Ford D60 front truss! I will be ordering that soon.

Yes, they are all done and along with about 50+ other products that we have not got up on our website yet! We are in the same boat as other vendors I guess. Seems we all make good products but suck at internet stuff! We get so tied up trying to keep up with production and making sure orders are filled in a timely manner and progress is being made on customers rigs that the thing that continues to be put on the back burner is getting the new products up so people can see to purchase! But, worst case you can always call or email and we will get you taken care of we promise!!!

Thanks for your question and support of our products!

any luck on a GM dana 60 front truss without a ram mount, or perhaps a spot to just mount a SE ram?

Yes, they are all done as well but not yet up on our site. As we mentioned before, we are trying to get things caught up on our website! Just give us a call or email if you need one asap. Otherwise, we plan on spending some time this weekend on updating our website!

Sorry, the ram mounts we have made for rockwells have been custom projects that would not be so universal.

The majority of the new items will be chassis brackets, brackets specific to YJ and TJ and a few different axle brackets for 9" housings. Hope that helps with making your decisions. Let us know if there is anything we do for you.

sniper...can I have a quote for the 22.5 degree lower link axle brackets and the lower link crossmember set-up. I think I can get away with the cheaper one (I am using 1.25" ruff stuff heims with misalignment spacers) but let me know. Shipped to 02771.
