That's when the Superlift Women's Nationals are being held at Cougar Buttes
about 25 miles from the Hammers. A lot of the people will probably be at the Comp.

we'll be there with a couple toyotas. what is moderately built mean? the hammers are tough so if your rig is on the verge of breaking like 35" tires on a dana 30 then you will probably break it. So hopefully it is not your only ride back to the east coast. Aftershock is a good trail to start with. its a weekend so there will probably be a bunch of people on the lake bed. bring a GPS to find your way around.

hell no, it's on a trailer. I'm bringing my usual spares that I've dragged to Tellico a hundred times and haven't needed, yet. Short list, 36's, 100:1 reduction 30/S35 cromo, a light stupid pedal, belly up. It's pretty decent for what I wheel here. I just want to experience what's out there.

I would take him up claw hammer. thats the first hammer trail I did and I loved it. That trail is a good introduction the the easiest of the trail system.

Go easy on your gas pedal. Its a drivers trail, No horspower needed out there. Its mostly 95% tire placement. Bring your spars with you on the trail. Claw Hammer will definatly keep you busy the entire time. Have fun

X2 on Clawhammer as a first trail. You can also run Lower Big Johnson (very close to Claw in location and in difficulty). They are fairly short trails and will give you a good idea on how you are set up. Aftershock is a longer trail that is not as steep as the others. The last 1/8 of a mile of Aftershock will get your attention. ;)

I'll be up there this weekend at the comp during the day and on the trails in the pm and/or night.:)
