yup 79 frame and body traveler

the guy keeping the axels and e-fercase and moter andi get the auto

so uh how do I fit full with axels under this thing
how do I know where to put the new spring pads?

Put them directly under the springs :flipoff2: preferably with the axle centered under the truck.

so do I mesure from the backing plate or from the pumken wold that work being that its slightly off set

hmm that might work but I dont know how much wider the full size is but i'll see if i can get an acurate reeding

BTW it's a 76 not a 78 some one change the grill

Okay. Measure the whole axle
measure the width between your springs
then subtract that width from the axle width
divide by two
put that on either side of the spring on center.

BTW thats not a "might work" thats a guaranteed to work. It really doesnt matter where the old perches were, in fact cut the things off so you dont worry about trival stuff anymore :D
